Dr. Kimani Norrington-Sands
A Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Kimani specializes in helping Black women heal from the trauma of toxic workplaces. A survivor of a toxic job herself, Dr. Kimani combines her clinical expertise with her personal journey to provide strategies that help women confront their fears, heal, and pivot to healthier and more rewarding professional opportunities.
Anne Marie Archer, The AntiHR® HR Lady
As a recovering attorney and former HR executive, Anne Marie Archer has spent over 30 years navigating the world of human resources and workplace discrimination. After successfully negotiating her way out of multiple discriminatory hostile workplaces, she now dedicates her life to helping others do the same. Her employee-focused HR consulting practice empowers employees to recognize and assert their workplace rights.
